1. Total access to me: I’ll be available through the entire 90-day Program to answer questions and be your support system. We will get to know each other pretty well. I want to know where you are, who you are and where you want to be at the end of our time together. This is a group program, but is very individualized.
2. Three mindset development tools: Each month a training topic will be introduced. The focus will be on mastering 3 Ps: perspective, persistence and patience. Together, these are the keys to lasting change!
3. 12 Weekly training sessions: We will meet once a week in person or using an online program similar to Skype, depending on your location. Our weekly sessions will be a platform to have face-to-face communication and to reassess your structural progress.
4. Workout Videos and more: Designed for all fitness levels, these are fun, raw and challenging option if you need additional strength training.
5. Six-Week Meal Plan: No more guesswork, no more deprivation! This meal plan is easy-to-follow and also includes options for those who don’t want to cook. (Bonus! Cheat days are already built in!)
